Together with your weight loss counselor, you will complete a personalized assessment of your needs, goals, and expectations to help you achieve successful, long-term weight loss results — with or without GLP-1 medications.
Your consultation includes:
- Approximately 30-minute consultation
- Lifestyle assessment to better understand your habits and daily routine
- Physiological measurements to evaluate your starting point and progress
- Mental Weight™ Questionnaire developed by Dr. Maurice Larocque
- Personalized explanation of your Mental Weight™ Questionnaire results
- Overview of the different components of our weight loss program
- Personalized weight loss forecast and customized meal plan tailored to your needs and goals
- Digital book “Motivation Minceur” by Dr. Maurice Larocque
- Digital audio program “Healthy Mind, Healthy Body!” by Dr. Maurice Larocque
This personalized coaching approach is designed to help reduce cravings, improve eating habits, preserve muscle mass, and maximize long-term success — including for individuals using GLP-1 medications.
Follow-Up Visits
You will meet with your dedicated weight loss counselor every week to help keep you motivated, supported, and on track toward your goals — with or without GLP-1 medications.
Each follow-up visit includes:
- Approximately 15-minute session
- Review of your meal plan and adjustments as needed
- Weight check and progress measurements
- Emotional support and behavior management
- Mental Weight™ Questionnaire to better understand habits and challenges
- Motivation reinforcement to help you stay focused and committed
Regular follow-ups play a key role in long-term success by helping improve eating habits, maintain accountability, overcome challenges, and maximize your weight loss results.
